The operation of the Day Care – Daily Care Center is governed by the modern approach to disability, as defined by legislative, political, and ethical commitments, such as the Treaty of Amsterdam, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the UN Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, and the Constitution of Greece.
