For admission, the following are required:
Application submitted by the parent or legal guardian.
Evaluation by the psychiatrist and the interdisciplinary team of the facility (communication between the facility’s psychiatrist and the beneficiary’s treating physician, if deemed necessary).
KEPA certification stating the type and percentage of disability. In particular, minors may become beneficiaries either by submitting an electronic medical referral file for the issuance of a disability assessment by K.E.P.A., or solely with the approved electronic medical opinion for specialized therapies issued by EOPYY.
In cases where the number of applications exceeds the center’s capacity, applications are considered according to their order of priority.
In all cases, a key criterion is the homogeneity of beneficiary groups, based on characteristics such as age, type and degree of disability, level of autonomy, potential health issues, and other relevant factors.
